Contact Solutions, a company specializing in telephone contact automation and IVR systems, relocated within Reston Town Center to South of Market, Building B. Flexibility was needed due to the rapid growth of the company.
The space is a combination of closed perimeter offices and open area workstations. Glass partitioned conference rooms and the pantry provides special spaces for all staff to use as well as access to a shared outdoor terrace. DBI also incorporated the Contact Solutions logo color, green, throughout the office.
Special features include winding, curvy corridors, a glass paneled Conference Room and Pantry. The western side of building has access to a shared terrace. The Reception Area/Main Conference Room and Pantry were planned closest to the terrace doors for easy staff and guest accessibility.
