For this 160,000-SF, Class A commercial office building, DBI refreshed the lower level amenities hub, including WiFi-enabled creative lounge, game room, bike storage room, and fitness center with locker rooms and yoga room. Additionally, the main floor lobby and all elevator lobbies were renovated, a mother’s room was added on the 2nd floor, and speculative suites were created on the 2nd and 7th floors to attract prospective tenants. The new outdoor courtyard accommodates both working and leisure while providing a connection to nature for the building tenants. Executive Plaza’s branding palette was incorporated into the wayfinding and building amenities for a stylish, cohesive look, and the large art piece in the main building lobby incorporates the building logo and colors in a sophisticated and upscale way.
